Changes to scheduled start dates, equipment, or delivery locations are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees of up to $75.00 + tax. Date postponements made with less than 48 hours notice are treated as same-day cancellations and subject to Section 2 fees.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Where the Company cancels a confirmed order due to equipment failure, unavailability, or other causes within the Company's control, the Customer will receive a full refund of any prepayment or, where possible, substitute equipment at no additional charge. The Company is not responsible for consequential losses arising from such cancellation.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to a declared state of emergency (federal, provincial, or local), natural disaster, or public health order issued under BC law, cancellation fees will be waived for affected rental periods. The Customer must provide supporting documentation within 5 business days.
7. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in Canadian dollars. Any currency conversion or bank fees are the Customer's responsibility.
